Color My Meals Healthy Intended audience: Child care staff
This course, developed in collaboration with Illinois Association for Education of Young Children, is a fun and interactive training for child care staff to learn how to plan and prepare healthy meals and snacks affordably. Discover how to make menu enhancements that align with the Dietary Guidelines for Americans. Learn to read labels to identify whole grain, low sodium, and low fat foods.
Raise the Grade with Nutrition Education Intended audience: K-12 teachers
This course is a fun and interactive training for K-12 teachers. This course will provide teachers with the knowledge and resources they need to provide quality nutrition education and to support a healthy school environment.
